Bruxa the Voodoo Witch is a hero in Kingdom Rush: Frontiers. She is unlocked by reaching Lost Jungle, starts at level 4 and is not available on Flash.
Description[]
Dark secrets and dark powers are the realm of the mysterious witch of the jungle. Many fools have underestimated her as a simple hermit of the swamp, paying no heed to her warnings or threats… to only live long enough to regret it.

- Flying skulls deal 50% (2)/100% (4)/150% (6) extra magic damage on every attack.
SKULL SACRIFICE (active) (2/2/2 hero points):
- Throws depleted skulls, dealing 18/36/54 physical damage to a single enemy.
- On IOS this ability deals magical damage.
BONE DANCE 
(passive) (2/2/2 hero points):
- Increases the maximum number of active skulls to 3/4/5.
DREAD AURA 
(passive) (1/1/1 hero point):
- Slows all nearby enemies by 10%/20%/30% and deals slight damage to them. (1 damage per second)
VOODOO DOLL 
(active) (3/3/3 hero points) (cooldown: 20 seconds):
- Stabs a voodoo doll, dealing 40/80/120 True Damage to 5 enemies of the target's type. This also slow down enemies hit by it for about 80% (0.5 seconds) and does not stack with Dread Aura.

- Bruxa gains a skull every time an enemy dies near her. These skulls float around Bruxa and can attack enemies even while moving. They deal 4 damage per attack (fire rate: 1.0-1.1s), and disappear after 7 attacks unless Skull Sacrifice is upgraded.

Tips and Tricks[]
- Bruxa is a ranged melee hero adept in dealing very high magical and physical damage through collecting skulls from slain enemies.
- It is therefore essential for Bruxa to collect skulls from enemies and replenish them quickly when the skulls are exhausted. A good way is to position Bruxa at lanes with weak foes initially before running back to take out the threat with the bonus damage, only returning to the path of weak foes to repeat the process.
- Bruxa is one of or the best ranged heroes. She has a very high base damage and, when combined with a high level Bone Dance and Laughing Skulls skill, can take down even enemies with medium to high health.
- She serves as a strong support hero when placed behind a high level Barracks, such as Templars. She will be able to shoot at attacking enemies without being hurt too badly.
- In particular, Dread Aura helps slow enemies and deal damage to them at the same time when they are in Bruxa’s range. However, this shouldn’t be relied on so much as her other skills are more important to her.
- As the flying skulls can attack enemies even when moving, so long as Bruxa is constantly on the move, she will always be attacking enemies while not being targeted by them herself.
- Voodoo Doll is activated when there are 5 or more of the same enemy type are on the battlefield.
- Her melee attack is strong for a mage. If you need a physical attack(for example, because of a spirit shaman) against an enemy that is already blocked or does not deal much damage, sending Bruxa in melee is a good choice.
- Almost all Bruxa skills synergize well for dealing with flying enemies, Laughing Skulls gives Bruxa better chance for one hitting flying enemies, Skull Sacrifice for dealing with bypassing flying enemies, Bone Dance for extra capabilities, Dread Aura slowed down relatively fast flying enemies and Voodo Dolls at level 3 can one hit Giant Wasp, Saurian Razowing, Bat and sometimes Poukai. Keep this in mind DO NOT send Bruxa to Poukai Riders, without armor and relatively low health Bruxa in level 10 can only handle 2-3 Poukai Raiders at the same time this is because everytime Poukai Rider got killed non-threatening Poukai will distract her for short period of time.
