Flying Sentry are enemies included in the Colossal Dwarfare DLC in Kingdom Rush 5: Alliance.
Overview[]
Dwarven engineered to keep an eye on enemies from the skies.
Strategy[]
- This enemy is particularly lethal when they are sent in high numbers, especially in levels such as Colossal Core. Combined with the HP of the Rolling Sentry that spawns after killing them, Flying Sentries have a grand total of 920 HP.
- Instakilling this enemy will avoid the spawning of the Rolling Sentry, potentially easing up on pressure. However, doing this will forfeit the hefty bounty of 25 gold from the Rolling Sentry, and will only award you with the pitiful 5 gold from the Flying Sentry.
- With his recent buffs, the Surge Colossus is an excellent counter to this enemy, as it turns a usually horrible situation of a lot of Rolling Sentries congregating and distracting towers from dealing with the Flying Sentries behind them into an amazing situation, as the Colossus' bolts will travel through the high density of Rolling Sentries and build in damage until they strike the Flying Sentries. However, ensure that this tower still receives support as enemy density can prove overwhelming for him in the later waves of Colossal Dwarfare levels.
- The Elven Stargazer is excellent at dealing a lot of damage to these enemies, and due to her targeting, can even hit approaching flying sentries that are behind a dense number of Rolling Sentries.
