Great-T is the boss found in The Original World in Kingdom Rush: Vengeance, introduced in the Primal Rage Mini-Campaign.
Overview[]
Great-T has various abilities:
- He can eat venus flytraps, which heals him for 2000 hp and disables all towers for 10 seconds.
- His main melee attack deals area physical damage, with a 2 second attack rate.
- His main ranged attack deals physical damage, with a 4 second attack rate.
- He has a single target melee instakill, with an 8 second cooldown.
- The leader can summon meteors from the sky, with a 12 second cooldown. It requires a minimum of two units and drops 8 meteors which deal no damage upon impact. However, they leave burning areas, which will damage your units by 8 damage per 0.1 second over 3 seconds. This does not stack with itself, unlike Scorched Earth from Kingdom Rush and Kingdom Rush Frontiers.
Strategy[]
Great-T is one of a small handful of bosses to possess magic resistance and a respectable amount of it, so even with 2 Blazing Gems placed next to the middle entrance where it spawns, defeating it will take plenty of time and effort. It helps to sacrifice a few demon goonies to slow it down while it is close to the gems. Otherwise, long range physical damage towers like Swamp Things, Bone Flingers, and Shadow Archers are key to victory. He also has one crucial weakness that the Ignis Altar can punish extremely well; It is exceptionally slow, and coupled with the slow from True Fire, the Great-T can be brought to a snail's pace and left a sitting duck for your towers.
