Geography[]
For the full map of Kingdom Rush world, see Map:Kingdom Rush Level Map.
The events of Kingdom Rush games take place on two continents. Linirea, the Dark Tower, Hammerhold and the Dwarven Kingdom are located in the Northern Continent, while the elves and other magic creatures reside in the Southern Continent.
Linirea is located to the west of Northern Continent. There's a mountain range to the east of Linirea inhabited by Ha'Kraj Trolls, where the Stormcloud Temple is located. The mountain range is also on the northern border of Linirea.
On the east, there is a wide range of wastelands - the remnants of both Lord Blackburn's lands and the kingdom of Valardul, where the Dark Tower, the Rotten Forest, the Rift of Cinders and Bonesburg are located. To the south of wastelands is a mountain range, under which Saurians reside and the lost kingdom of Loria is located.
To the north of Linirea are frozen lands of the Northern Tribe. Between them and the wastelands lies the Dwarven Kingdom, where the passage to the Original World can be found. Between the lands of Northern Tribe and Dwarven Kingdom is a huge lake, where the sunken city of Anurians, currently owned by the Deep Devils, is located.
To the south of Linirea and the wastelands is the big desert where the Hammerhold is located. Further to the south is the archipelago of Pirate Islands. To the west is another archipelago of islands of the Pirate Kings. Lastly, to the east of the desert is a jungle inhabited by the Ma'qwa tribe.
The Southern Continent is almost entirely covered by forests. Northwestern forest is inhabited by the elves. On the east of it is the Faery Forest, home of Gnomes and Twilight Elves. On the north of both forests are the lands inhabited by the Gnolls and the Ogres. On the north of Faery Forest is Dwaraman, the former kingdom of dwarves, now lying in ruins. On the southeast of Faery Forest lies the ruins of the elven First City.
To the south of the First City is the Forsaken Canyon and Bloodsidian mines, where the portal leading to the Void Beyond can be found. To the southeast of it is the domain of the Wildbeasts, and to the east lies the Everadiant Forest, home of the Arboreans. To the south is the swamp inhabited by the Crocs.
Far to the east of Everadiant Forest is the island where Darksteel Mountains are located.
The Void Beyond is a dimension created by the Overseer, which resembles the corrupted reflection of Linirea. It includes farmlands, Stormcloud Temple, the wastelands and the Dark Tower.
