Have at thee!

The Knights Barracks is a Level 3 Melee Tower, upgraded from the Footmen Barracks. It trains three knights, professional soldiers who will stop anything in their path. The tower is the same in both Kingdom Rush and Kingdom Rush: Frontiers, with only a change in appearance. They regenerate 10 HP per second when not in combat.

Overview

Knights are professional soldiers with heavy armor. Dedicated to his majesty, they will stop your enemies' advance.

Knights are soldiers at the peak of their training. They are stronger versions of Footmen, with more health and armor. They deal more than twice the damage of Footmen to enemies.

Range

  • Same as the Level 1 Militia Barracks (and any other Barracks, whether advanced or not)

Strategy

  • While having significantly better stats than Footmen Barracks, the Knights still share the same weaknesses - large hordes, ranged enemies and flying enemies. Support from other towers is crucial.

Additional Stats

Kingdom Rush

  • Kingdom Rush Toughness Training and Endurance Training gives +15 health respectively, up to total +30 health.
  • Better Armor increases their resistance against physical attacks with 10%, increasing their natural armor to 40%.
  • In total with all upgrades, their EHP is 300 points of physical damage per soldier (3 soldiers equals 900 EHP)
  • Total cost of the Knights Barracks is 240 Gold.
  • Gold spend per EHP (for all 3 soldiers) is 0.27

Kingdom rush: Frontiers

  • Boot Camp gives +15 health
  • Defensive Stance and Veteran Squad each give +10% armor, increasing their natural armor to 50%.

  • Total cost of the Knights Barracks is 240 Gold.

This ratio makes them the most cost efficient investment for Soldiers.
