Enemy troops are marching from the East through the Stonecliff Mountains. This can only mean that Hammerhold has fallen, and our Kingdom's capital is in peril.
Our scouts conclude that the best place to stop our enemy's advance is at the Twin Rivers pass.

Twin Rivers, called Twin River Pass on iPad and iPhone, is the fourth level in the game comprised of thirteen waves. The map features two entry points, each leading to widely spread routes to the west and the east. There are two choke points at the start and the end of the road. Level 3 Towers are unlocked on this level.

Strategy

Upgrades and Hero

  • Gerald Lightseeker can help holding choke points with his Courage ability.
  • Artillery Range Finder may be useful to reach choke points.
  • Upgrade your Barracks and Reinforcements to hold Bandits for longer.

General

  • Brigands are tough but their attack isn't very high. Barracks can generally hold them if assisted.
  • Remember Artillery explosions ignores half of enemies' armor.

Towers

  • Bandits can kill Militia Barracks soldiers very fast. Upgrade at least to Footmen Barracks to have a chance to hold them.
  • Try to create a choke point at one of the path joints. You won't be able to cover it with many towers, but can help a lot. Use Gerald to enhance your blocking there.
  • You may need faster towers to take down the Wulves in wave 7.

Strategy

General

  • Barracks are the best for Wulves, because Wulves has a very fast speed that break though your defenses easily and quickly .

Upgrades and Hero

  • Worrying about upgrading Archers and Barracks in the Upgrade Tree since those two towers are only unlocked in the level. Rain of Fire with Scorched Earth are recommended since tit instantly kills Goblins and Wulves as those two enemies only appears in this challenge.

Towers

  • Barracks and Archers are both recommended since Wulves are fast, and Barracks are too weak to finish off killing enemies by themselves.
