Spydyr is a premium hero in Kingdom Rush 5: Alliance, and a member of the Dark Army.
Description[]
Spydyr is the last living member of a group of Twilight Elves tasked with annihilating the Spider Queen's Cult. Adding shadow magic to her unmatched hunting prowess, she is feared as one of the deadliest assassins across all kingdoms.

Spydyr's tunneling now deals 24-36/36-54/56-84 damage upon resurfacing.
SHADOW STEP (active, 25 seconds) (3/3/3 hero points)
Teleports to the enemy with the highest health on the map, dealing 56-84/112-168/168-252 damage to it.

Stats[]
Spydyr can burrow when traveling long distances. Her melee attack applies poison to enemies, dealing damage every 0.25 seconds for 1.25 seconds (5 ticks). As the poison deals physical damage, it is completely negated by armor above 75%. The poison also does not refresh on every hit, it is therefore only applied once every 2 melee attacks.
Tips and Tricks[]
- Being spiders themselves, Spydyr and the spiders summoned from Hunter's Call receive increased movement speed on webs.
- Overwhelming Presence is a powerful skill, allowing Spydyr to stun large number of enemies for a long duration
- Spydyr's main kit centers around her Death's Grasp insta-kill which has a shocking low cool-down of 5 seconds. Maneuver her to assassinate desired enemies after she uses Overwhelming Presence.
- Towers that can stun such as Arborean Emissary with Bramble Grasp, Goblin Ballista with Final Nail and Bog Hermit with Ground Pounder have a strong synergy with Spydyr, through stunning foes and setting them up for Death's Grasp. This also applies to other heroes with stuns in their kit.
- Spiders summoned from Hunter's Call can stun as well, setting up the desired enemy for Death's Grasp. They can also serve as blockers to hold back the enemies in your choke-points.
- Spiders summoned from Hunter's Call are also not affected by Cultbrood's poison attack that could turned an unit into another Cultbrood on death, so they are quite effective on holding them back.
