- "These tunnels' twists and turns are maddening but we know we are on the right path as cultist activity keeps increasing. As we progress further we face new kinds of horrors, which begs the question of how deep the corruption runs within the Cult's ranks."
Wicked Crossing is the ninth stage of Kingdom Rush 5: Alliance. The hero Grimson is unlocked at this stage. On the Steam version, the tower Elven Stargazer is unlocked as well.

General[]On the bottom and the top, additional paths come later; Glarebrood crawls from the bottom wall onto the path and a bridge with enemies will arrive on the top. The Glarebrood arrive near the middle of the bottom path while the bridge arrives near the bucket of gems on the top. On the bottom is a rune just after the Y-intersection where Nightmares turn into Bound Nightmares when the rune glows. The bottom path has a large amount of magic-resistant Glarebrood and armored Bound Nightmare. If you're not ready, Cult Priests can easily turn into a horde of Cult Abomination. Flying enemies, the Corrupted Stalkers, mainly appear on the top path. Shacklers can disable towers so always have Hero Spells and Reinforcements ready to kill them. Upgrades and Hero[]Since Corrupted Stalkers teleport after being first hit, reinforcements upgraded on the Dark Army path (Order of Shadows, Ashen Bows, Shadow Crowcaller) are useful for making them teleport preemptively into towers and heroes that can kill them. Nyru and other heroes that deal magic damage are useful for dealing with Bound Nightmares. Long-range heroes such as Nyru and Vesper are useful for finally killing Corrupted Stalkers. Towers[]At max-level, Tricannon can kill groups of Glarebrood. Barracks such as Demon Pit or Paladin Covenant provides constant blocking against Nightmares. Arcane Wizard can instakill Cult Abominations using Disintegrate. |
